We are local people, acting as concerned individuals, who passionately care about the environment. Some of us have fought for over twenty years to protect this land. The first group was known as "SPOKE" - Stop Park of Keir, then "RAGE" - Residents Against Greenbelt Erosion" and also "Friends of Park of Keir".

We do not want to see the Greenbelt between Bridge of Allan and Dunblane, part of a designed landscape, turned into a housing development to finance a tennis centre, 6 hole golf course, hotel, etc.

This historic landscape with its Iron Age fort, site of special interest , woodland is part of Scotland’s heritage and should be protected for future generations.

This area is a special bit of Scotland – let’s keep it that way.
